Ingredients

Ice Cream Base

– 2 ripe bananas, mashed

– 1/2-1 scoop Earthchimp vanilla protein powder

*Chocolate Shell Coating:*

– 1/2 cup vegan chocolate

– 1 tablespoon coconut oil

*Strawberry Jam:*

– 1 cup frozen strawberries

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– Pinch of salt

– 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

Peanut Butter

Instructions

1. Prepare Ice Cream Base

Begin by mashing the ripe bananas in a bowl and mixing in the vanilla protein powder until fully combined. This will serve as the creamy base for our ice cream bars.

2. Layer in Heart Mold

Spoon a quarter of the banana mixture into each heart mold, ensuring an even layer at the bottom. Next, add a dollop of strawberry jam and a swirl of peanut butter, leaving a little space at the top for the chocolate coating.

3. Freeze

Place the filled heart molds in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until the mixture has solidified.

4. **Prepare Chocolate Shell Coating:**

While the ice cream bars are chilling, melt the vegan chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth and glossy.

5. Coat the Bars

Once the ice cream bars are firm, remove them from the molds and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Using a spoon or spatula, generously coat each bar with the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring that they are fully covered.

6. Freeze Again

Return the coated bars to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes to allow the chocolate shell to harden.

7. Once the chocolate coating is firm, your Strawberry Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter & Jelly Ice Cream Heart Bars are ready to be enjoyed! Serve them straight from the freezer for a cool and refreshing treat that’s bursting with nostalgic flavors.

8. Enjoy
