Ingredients
- - 1 cup powdered sugar
- - 1-2 tablespoons strawberry powder
- - 1-2 teaspoons plant-based milk coconut milk, almond milk, or any milk of your choice
- - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Powder:
- - Take freeze-dried strawberries and blend them into a fine powder using a blender or food processor. Measure out 1-2 tablespoons of the strawberry powder. Set aside.
- Prepare the Icing:
- - In a mixing bowl, sift the powdered sugar to remove any lumps.
- - Add the strawberry powder and vanilla extract to the powdered sugar. Stir until the mixture starts to come together.
- Adjust Consistency:
- - Gradually add the plant-based milk, one teaspoon at a time, stirring well after each addition. Continue adding milk until you reach your desired consistency. The icing should be smooth and spreadable but not too runny.
- - If the icing is too thick, add more milk a little at a time until it reaches the right consistency. If it's too thin, add more powdered sugar until it thickens.
