This yummy easy vegan cheese(Queso) is made with the left over pulp from the pumpkin milk i showed you how to make. this vegan cheese is  flavorful one that you will love to make all the time.

HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN QUESO FROM THE LEFT OVER PUMPKIN SEED PLUP

 

Ingredients

3/4 you’ll be using the pulp from what left of the pumpkin milk I showed you to make

3 garlics

Salt to taste

1 whole Lemon juice

Chile flakes to taste

1 tbs nutritional yeast

add little liquid if needed for smoother texture.

 

Instructions

  1. Add the pumpkin pulp,garlic,lemon juice, salt,nutritional yeast
  2. blend to texture liking then add chile flakes if you want it spicy
  3. Taste and its ready to enjoy
