HOW TO MAKE THIS SMOOTHIE

 

 

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 c Pumpkin milk
  • 1/2 berries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbs flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth (add protien of choice if as desired)
  2. Serve with with favorite toppings
  3. Enjoy
