How is Mango Agua Fresa Made?
Traditionally Agua fresca is made with ripped fresh fruit such as mangos, sugar, water, however I love to give it a healther twist by adding more healthy benefits. One things that I love to do alternatively is switch the white refind sugar to a sweetener that our bodies can processed such as Maple, Honey, Monk fruit etc or skip and have it as is.
Ways to add more benefits to your agua fresca.
You can add such as chia seeds, ginger powder, tumeric powder just to give it more healthy benefits. Great for the gut and provides great omega 3, anti inflammtory properties.

Mango Lemanade Agua Fresa

- Blender
Ingredients
- 4 c Frozen mangos
- 7 c Filterd water if its to think for you, you can add more water to liking
- ½ c Maple or honey or any natural sweetner such as monk fruit, stevia etc
- ½ c Lomen juice about two large lemons
- Ice cubes per serving
Serving Optional
- Extra ice
- Lemon wheels
- Chia seeds I like them blended in the agua fresca
Instructions
- Add 4 cups of frozen mangos to blender with 4 cups of water and blend till smooth, Next pour the rest of water to pitcher,
- Pour into glass pitcher add maple syrup stir till all is combine.
- Add ice cubes and serve, for left over mango agua fresca you can in refrigerator.
