Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 scoop of protein powder
1-2 tablespoons maple or honey
1 bag of chocolate vegan chocolate
dates
peanuts
Hemp seeds
Serving about 4-6 bars
1. Add the first 3 ingredients to a bowl and mix. Add the peanut butter, protein scoop of your choice (I used pea protein), maple syrup.
2. Melt your dark chocolate and drizzle over the bar mold making sure they are completely covered with the chocolate.
3. Spread peanut butter on top and add a whole pitted date, sprinkle with chopped peanuts and hemp seeds. Return to the freezer for ten minutes.
4. Keep in the fridge for about ten minutes before enjoying
5. Note: if you don’t have hemp seeds, you can always skip, the best desserts you’ll ever have they taste like the real thing
