Halloween Chocolate Reese’s Cups (Vegan, Gluten Free)

These halloween chocolate Reese’s cups are a healthier take and made with wholesome ingredients. So simple and easy to make, ones the whole family will love especially this spooky season!!

 

Halloween Chocolate Reeese's Cups

Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Filling

  • 1/2 peanut butter
  • 4 tbs almond flour
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl add the peanut butter, maple syrup and almond flour and combine to form a paste dough. (see note)
  • Grab the halloween mold or any mold you would like to use and set aside.
  • Add chocolate to a glass bowl and melt in a double boiler, or use sauce pan with couple iches of water.
  • Add the glass bowl on top of sauce pan and melt the chocolate on mediem heat.
  • Added first chocolate layer to to mold and set in freezer for about ten minutes till firm, now once firm add peanut butter filling set back in freezer about ten minutes and add last layer of chocolate.
  • Set back in freezer for 30-hour and now ready to enjoy.

Notes

For peanut butter filling to get that reeses cup taste, make sure you only use 1 tbsp of maple syrup due to adding more to this recipe will give you a caramel taste but like always make it to how youe heart desires and have fun making it.
