2 cup soak beans over night, cover with water
16oz bell peppers
half onion
1/4 cilantro
2 garlics
1 tbs vegetable bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs cumin
1 tsb garlic powder
1 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
1 lime or lemon juice
