  • - 1 bell pepper diced
  • - 1 onion diced
  • - Taco seasoning I used Siete seasoning
  • - Garlic minced
  • - Salt and pepper
  • - Corn tortillas
  • - Avocado oil
  • - Pico de gallo
  • - Guacamole
  • - Lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Crisp the Tortillas: In a separate skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add tortillas one at a time, cooking until crispy.
  • Assemble the Tacos: Spoon the beef mixture onto the crispy tortillas. Top with pico de gallo and guacamole.
  • Serve: Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
