- 6-7 tbs cold water
- pinch salt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Plum Strawberry jam
- 1 c plums diced take out pit
- ½ c strawberries

Draganfruit Icing

- 1-2 tsp almond milk or water

- In a large bowl add all dry ingredients,oat flour,tapioca flour,salt
- Add the wet ingredients such as cold water, maple syrup,solid coconut water mix and combine till you get like sticky dough, gather dough and separte into two balls.
- Line a baking sheet with parchement paper, with a roller roll dough not to thick or thin
- Cut into round circles using a cookie cutter, now add filling,next add the second round of dough add it top top, then press with fork to make that famous fork press that makes a poptart
- Place in baking sheet blush with coconut oil, bake for 13-14 mintutes at 350
