This easy Chocolate kale peanut banana snack is a super healthy option when you’re craving the real thing. It tastes so delicious and it’s very nourishing for the body. I used GreeNut butters kale peanut butter just to give it that extra healthy benefit.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 kale peanut butter
- 1/2 c semi sweet dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Hemp Seeds
Instructions
- 1. peel bananas and cut the middle long ways and then half to make 4 slices.
- 2. set line platter with parchment paper, spread kale peanut butter on banana, drizzle Chocolate, add Hemp Seeds or any other toppings you would love.
- 3. once you're done, place it in the freezer, for leftovers you can store it in a freezer safe and they can last up to 2-3 months in the freezer.
- Note, let them defrost like 4-5 minutes before eating
