Cerry Jam (Refind Sugar Free)

Here’s my Cherry 🍒 Jam recipe one that you will love!! We love making this every year during cherry season so tangy and delicious loaded with so many healthy benefits so perfect for the whole family.

 

Can I use frozen cherries?

Yes, Frozen are a great way to not only save money but also loaded with amazing benefits when there not in season.

Cherry jam 

Ingredients

3 cups pitted cherries fresh or frozen 

2 Tbsp lemon juice or to taste

3 tsp maple syrup or to taste

Ginger 

Sprinkle salt 

Instructions

1)Wash and pit all your cherries I used frozen cherries that were already pittied

2)Add all in pot simmer on low temperture for about 5 minutes use a potato masher or fork to crush the cherries

3)Boil for about another 10 minutes take out the ginger, taste to liking adjust as you go cool it and its ready to enjoy

4)Refrigerate for about 3 weeks or freeze for longer shelf life up to a year
