Best Blueberry Lemon Mini Loafs 🍋

 

This blueberry lemon loaf is loaded with so much flavors perfect mosit and for anytime your craving something sweet. It’s paleo, gluten & dairy free + RSF!! 

Ingredients

⋅ 5 eggs

⋅ 3/4 c coconut flour 

⋅ 3/4 c gluten free flour 

⋅ 1/2 c maple syrup 

⋅ 1/2 c coconut oil 

⋅ 1 Tsp baking powder 

⋅ 1 Tsp baking soda

⋅ 2 Tsp lemon zest 

⋅ 1 Tbs vanilla 

⋅ 1 Tbs flaxseeds 

⋅ 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder 

⋅ 1 Tbs lemon juice 

⋅ 1 c fresh blueberries 

⋅ Pinch salt 

Instrutions
  1. Preheat oven at 350*f  line or grease loaf pan I used mini loaf pans
  2. In a medium bowl mix all wet ingredients including lemon juice then slowly add the dry ingredients
  3. Add rinse blueberries gently mix, add batter to pan
  4. Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 350f next cool loafs then enjoy!

Esta receta de mini pan de limón y arándanos está cargada de tantos sabores perfectos y húmedos para cada momento que desees algo dulce. ¡Es libre de paleo, gluten y lácteos + RSF!

Ingredientes

⋅ 5 huevos

⋅ 3/4 taza de harina de coco

⋅ 3/4 taza de harina sin gluten

⋅ 1/2 taza de jarabe de arce

⋅ 1/2 taza de aceite de coco

⋅ 1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo

⋅ 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio

⋅ 2 cucharaditas de ralladura de limón

⋅ 1 cucharada de vainilla

⋅ 1 cucharada de semillas de lino

⋅ 1/4 cucharadita de cúrcuma en polvo

⋅ 1 cucharada de jugo de limón

⋅ 1 taza de arándanos frescos

⋅ Una pizca de sal

Instrucciones

1)Precaliente el horno a 350*f línea o engrase un molde para pan. Usé mini moldes para pan.
2)En un tazón mediano, mezcle todos los ingredientes húmedos, incluido el jugo de limón, luego agregue lentamente los ingredientes secos.
3)Agregue enjuague los arándanos, mezcle suavemente, agregue la masa a la sartén
4)Hornee durante unos 35-40 minutos a 350f, luego haga panes fríos y ¡disfrútelos!
